Major Overhaul Of Burrell 2668 Britannia
During the 1999 and 2000 seasons we had noticed that the rear wheels seemed to have rather a lot of unwanted sideways movement when traveling on the road that was only made worse on an undulating rally field. What seemed like a minor problem at first soon got itself noticed when the left hand wheel started regularly hitting the flywheel meaning it had to be jacked back out again ! Then, on another occasion, the second shaft gearing caught the gear guard and broke the outer edge off. It was decided that the second weekend in November would be the big "strip down day"..........
